For Ages: Pre-walking babies
Description: Stories, songs, rhymes, and bounces encourage babies and their caregivers to explore language and pre-literacy skills. Children attend with an adult caregiver.
Duration: 20 to 30 minutes
Winter Offerings: Drop-in. Mondays at 10 A.M., January 26th-March 30th. No programs on February 9th or February 16th.
For Ages: Walkers aged 12-24 months
Description: Especially designed to develop language and literacy in the very young. Children attend with an adult caregiver.

For Ages: 2- and 3-year-olds
Description: A sampler of stories, songs and fingerplays for two and three-year-olds. Children attend with an adult caregiver.

Description: Bring your children (in their pajamas, of course!) for bedtime stories, songs, and fun! Children attend with an adult caregiver.

For Ages: 4- and 5-year-olds (pre-Kindergarten)
Description: Rhymes, songs, and book-sharing for Pre-K kids. Children attend independently; however, parents and caregivers must remain in the Children's Department for the duration of the program.

Description: A sing-along program featuring live music!
Duration: 30 minutes
Winter Offerings: Call-ahead drop-in: call the morning of the program to reserve a space. Thursdays at 4 P.M. on February 5th, February 19th, March 5th, March 19th, and April 2nd.
For Ages: Children in Kindergarten and Grade 1
Description: Books, stories, songs-- and arts and crafts, too! Children attend independently.
Duration: 60 minutes

For Ages: Children in Grades 2 and 3
Description: Kids will explore a high-interest subject in story and craft. The theme of this program changes each session. Children attend independently.
Duration: 60 minutes

special event on March 4th.
For Ages: Kids in Grades 4 and 5
Description: Book sharing for serious young book lovers! By special application only: THE CLUB IS CURRENTLY FULL: THERE WILL BE OPENINGS IN MAY 2009.

Winter Meeting Dates: By registration only. Tuesdays at 4 P.M. on January 20th, February 3rd, February 24th, March 20th, March 24th, April 21st, and May 5th.
For Ages: Kids in Grades 6, 7 and 8
Description: Book talks and book sharing for Young Adult readers. For AVID readers only! By special application only: THE CLUB IS CURRENTLY FULL: THERE WILL BE OPENINGS IN MAY 2009.

For Ages: All ages welcome
Description: Songs and stories in Italian. Children attend with an adult caregiver.
Duration: 30 minutes
Winter Offerings: Tuesdays at 4 P.M. on January 27th, February 17th, March 3rd, March 17th, and March 31st.

Please plan to arrive several minutes prior to the start time of drop-in programs to allow time to park (additional parking is available on Arch Street and Laddins Rock Road), enter the building, and make a nametag for your child.
