You can now chat live with us through Meebo, a free web-based chat service. No downloads are required. Simply ask us a question by typing in the lower section of the appropriate chat box below. A staff member is available to answer your question when the chat bubble is green and that username is listed as "online." If staff is not available to chat via Meebo, please call us (phone numbers are listed below).

Please note that questions in person and over the telephone have priority over our chat service. Also, there may be a delay in answering if it is busy in the Library. We thank you for your understanding.

InfoAnytime's Ask a Librarian is a 24/7 Virtual Reference Services provided by the Connecticut Library Consortium. Degreed librarians are available to answer your reference questions through this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No downloads or special software are required. Please click on the image below to begin a live chat with a librarian. At the end of your session, you can choose to have a transcript of your chat session e-mailed to you.

Please note that this service is only for the answering of general reference questions.

The librarian on call will not be able to answer Perrot-specific questions or questions about your Greenwich Library System library account.
